Direct Hire – A long-term solution to the critical permanent roles in your organization. We find experienced and qualified candidates to work at your company. You pay a onetime fee based on a percentage of the candidate’s income once the candidate has been hired.
Engagement Fee / Retained – This is used when your search needs a little extra attention. It might be a unique, confidential, time sensitive or strategic role and a retainer will identify your search as a higher priority over a regular retained search. The upfront monies are applied to the final fee at the end of the process, so there are no additional costs for this premium service.
Contract – The most flexible option to meet unexpected workloads, leaves of absence and projects. This is often set for a fixed timeframe to meet a short-term need with a targeted end date.
Contract-to-Hire – This creates a situation where the client and candidate get the opportunity to make sure this is the right fit for the person and the organization before hiring them directly.
RPO / Project Based – When the recruiting work load is too much for that one person or even group of people that have other responsibilities, we can come in and manage the internal recruitment function for all or even a portion of your jobs and process.
