We present you with candidates that have been pre-screened and qualified to meet your specifications. The presentation will include an updated resume, 3-4 qualifying bullet point, educational credentials, motivation, financial expectations and any other relevant supporting information.

We Follow-up
The offer has been extended and accepted. The onboarding and resignation process can take weeks. This is no time to relax since the person you are hiring has probably been approached by other organizations while interviewing with you. We maintain active contact with the candidates and the clients throughout the process for at least 30 days after the new hires have started to make sure all expectations are being met for both parties.
